My approach to yoga is very practical. My desire for yoga is to be accessible for everyone, particularly carers looking after loved ones.

The practice is mainly Hatha based.  

Within this practice it will sometimes include restorative, stretching and breathing methods, to cleanse and create space from the inside out.

This yoga is designed to be part of your everyday living.
